HOW DO THE SUBSCRIPTION BOXES WORK?
Every 6 weeks you'll receive our latest seasonal product before it hits the website or shelves.
- Every 6 weeks you will be charged each month on your billing date for the next seasonal subscription box.
DO I NEED TO REPURCHASE EVERY MONTH?
Nope! Your payment will automatically be processed and your subscription box will automatically be sent out to you! Once you've signed up, you are good to go.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Depending on the product you chose, the price will vary. Our subscription boxes cost the same as the product. No extra charge.
WHERE CAN I SIGN UP?
Select candles on our top menu and you will see Subscription tab, click that to purchase! or click here
CAN I SKIP A MONTH OR PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION?You can skip or cancel your subscription at any time. Simply login to your account and skip whichever upcoming month you want.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX?
If you order has shipped, oftentimes, when you receive notification that your package has been delivered, but you don't have it, your package was mistakenly marked as "delivered" by USPS. In this instance your package may arrive three to five business days after the package was marked delivered. If you do not receive your package five business days after being marked delivered, please email us at email@example.com and we'll get the issue resolved!
If you did not receive any email letting you know your order shipped please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
Your billing date will be the day you purchase the box, and you will always be charged 6 weeks to the date of purchase. You have the opportunity to change your billing date in your account.
WHEN WILL I STOP GETTING SEASONAL BOXES?
Never, unless you cancel your order.
WHEN IS EACH SCENT AVAILABLE?
The scent is available for the duration of 6 weeks. So, Imbolc scent ships on January 10th and is on the website on January 15th. Imbolc will be on the website until the end of February.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Imbolc - Ships Jan 10th
Ostara - Ships Feb 25th
Beltane - Ships Apr 10th
Litha - Ships May 25th
Lammas - Ships July 10th
Mabon - Ships Aug 25th
Samhain - Ships Sept 25th
Yule - Ships Nov 10th
HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT THE NEXT SCENT WILL BE?
We only have 8 seasonal scents and they do not change year to year so the scents will be
WHERE CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING & BILLING INFORMATION?
To update your shipping or billing information simply login here. Once you are logged in click the "Manage Subscription" button. In this subscription management page you have the functionality to change your billing information, shipping information, and more.
Alternatively, you may email us at email@example.com with your request, along with your new shipping/billing address.
HOW COME I'M UNABLE TO ACCESS MY SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT PAGE?
Be sure you're logging in here to access your Subscription Management page. If you receive a message that says "Invalid Login Credentials," you probably haven't completed setting up your account! To complete your account setup click here and be sure to enter the same email address to which you receive updates about your subscription. After clicking the "create" button you'll be redirected to the My Account page. On the right hand side, you'll see a button that says "Manage Subscription" under Account Details. Click this link to make any changes to your subscription. Or you can request an invite to set up your subscription account here

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Subscription box shipping within the U.S. depends on your location.
HOW DO I CANCEL?
If you would like to cancel your monthly subscription for any reason, you can cancel your subscription on the Subscription manger page. Simply login here and click the "Manage Subscription" link to access this page. At the bottom of the screen you will see the option to cancel your subscription. As long as you do this before your billing date, your subscription will not auto-renew. If you have any trouble, please email us at email@example.com
I DECIDED I DON'T WANT MY BOX, CAN I HAVE A REFUND?
We are unable to offer refunds on subscription box purchases except in extreme circumstances. Please make sure you are confident in the plan you are purchasing before you place your order.
