WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Ghost Poppy happily accepts returns.
Candles
We do accept exchanges and returns for unlit, unused candles.. Please ship them to: Ghost Poppy / 4011 Florida St #9 / San Diego, CA 92104 and make sure to include your name and order number. For exchanges, please let us know which item(s) you’d like. If your item is unused, you can return it for a refund or exchange. We don’t offer return shipping labels on exchanges or refunds.
Spell Kits
If you do not like your spell kit or decided that your late night drunk purchase was not wise, you are able to return it. All kits must be unused and all components must be in the kit to be able to receive a full refund or an exchange. If we receive a kit without all the components you will not be issued a full refund or be eligible for an exchange.
We aren’t able to accept returns on partially used items (lit candles, opened spell kits).
If something comes to you damaged or defective, PLEASE email us. We love our customers and appreciate their business. We’ll always do our best to make things right!

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

Please allow 5-7 days for your order to be shipped and an addition 5-7 days for domestic mail to deliver it. If you’re international we’ll ship within 5-7 days and you can expect your order within 14-45 days after shipment depending on your country and customs delays. Ghost Poppy is not responsible for custom duties or taxes that may be charged for the release of your order.

I WAITED 5-7 DAYS AND I THINK MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN.

Unfortunately, we do not have any more information than you do once an item is shipped. If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact your local post office and give them the tracking number.
Ghost Poppy is not responsible for stolen packages or any lost items that cannot have the insurance claimed (tracking labels that read "Delivered"). We are also not responsible for errors made by the Post Office. If your item is delayed past its "estimated arrival date" we apologize, but it is out of our control. We suggest filing a complaint with the USPS. A domestic package must be missing for 21 days with an incomplete tracking record before we can file an insurance claim and resend the order.

WHERE IS MY REFUND?

Please note that it can take up to 5 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank or credit card statement, and for the funds to be transferred. You will receive an email notifying you of the refund.

WHERE IS MY EXCHANGE?

Just like with our regular orders, all exchange orders take 5-7 business days to arrive. You will get a order confirmation email when your exchange order is placed and tracking information when it has shipped.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes! You have until the next business day. Orders are processed the next business day, after the order has been processed we are unable to cancel your order.

ARE YOUR CANDLES ECO-FRIENDLY OR VEGAN?

Yes!
Our candles are made entirely with renewable resources and don’t include any animal products. The jars are glass, so they’re reusable and recyclable. The wicks are lead-free and made with cotton.
We use soy wax, which is non-petroleum product made from a renewable crop (soybeans). Our candles burn cleanly and slowly, with very little soot.
Why does my candle look funny?
When your candle arrives it may have "frosty" white patches or slight discoloration. This is a result of temperature changes during shipping, and is a totally natural characteristic of soy wax. Luckily, it does not affect the burn or smell of your candle.

HOW DO I SAFELY BURN MY CANDLE?

Here are the main safety guidelines:
Trim the candle wick to 1/4”.Always burn within sight - do not leave unattended.
Keep away from pets, children and all flammable items.
Every time you light a candle, trim the wick to 1/4” and let it burn until the entire top is covered in a pool of wax.
This will help the candle burn evenly and cleanly.

MY CANCLE JAR IS EMPTY, WHAT DO I DO?

Well besides upcycling in into a cool planter, or pen holder, you can email info@ghostpoppy.com for a return label. We reuse used jars for testing new scents!

A KIT/CANDLE I WANTED IS NOW OUT OF STOCK!

Oh darn! We’re sorry about that. We try our very best to keep our products in stock at all times, but sometimes things sell faster than we can make them. We usually have the products restocked within two weeks. One rare occasions it may take a little longer. Sign up for our emails for notifications for when an item is back in stock.  

WHAT IS IN YOUR ROLL ON POTION?

Great question! Our roll on potions are great for you skin, containing argan oil, vitamin E, sweet almond oil, rose-hip oil and special essential oil blends specific to each kit. 

 

DO YOU HAVE A STORE?

At this time we are online only, but hope to be in a store near you soon! We do come to local craft/artisan events in the San Diego area, check Instagram for any upcoming events! Check out our stockists link for stores we are in!
 

HOW DO I KNOW MY KIT WORKED! 

As per Government requirements FDA (Federal Drug Administration), we are required to state that all items sold at Ghost Poppy are sold as curios only, offered solely for entertainment purposes and are not guaranteed to provide any specific abilities or results. We cannot guarantee that Ghost Poppy products will provide you with your desired outcome. Our product offerings are intended for decoration purposes and are intended for use as aids for those who participate in spiritual and ritual work only. All purchases and use are the responsibility of the buyer. We take no responsibility for use or misuse of our items and buyer assumes all responsibility for items once purchased.
