WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Ghost Poppy happily accepts returns.
We do accept exchanges and returns for unlit, unused candles. Please ship them to: Ghost Poppy / 1907 Mangrove Ave Ste C / Chico / CA/ 95926 and make sure to include your name and order number. For exchanges, please let us know which item(s) you’d like. If your item is unused, you can return it for a refund or exchange. We don’t offer return shipping labels on exchanges or refunds.
We aren’t able to accept returns on partially used items (lit candles, used sprays, burned incense).
If something comes to you damaged or defective, PLEASE email us. We love our customers and appreciate their business. We’ll always do our best to make things right!


WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be shipped and an additional 5-7 days for domestic mail to deliver it. If you’re international, we’ll ship your order within 5-7 days. You can expect to receive it within 14-45 days after shipment, depending on your country and any customs delays. Ghost Poppy is not responsible for customs duties or taxes that may be charged for the release of your order. 

I WAITED 5-7 DAYS AND I THINK MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN.

Unfortunately, we do not have any more information than you do once an item is shipped. If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact your local post office and give them the tracking number.
Ghost Poppy is not responsible for stolen packages or any lost items that cannot have the insurance claimed (tracking labels that read "Delivered"). We are also not responsible for errors made by the Post Office. If your item is delayed past its "estimated arrival date" we apologize, but it is out of our control. We suggest filing a complaint with the USPS. A domestic package must be missing for 21 days with an incomplete tracking record before we can file an insurance claim and resend the order.


WHERE IS MY REFUND?

Please note that it can take up to 5 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank or credit card statement, and for the funds to be transferred. You will receive an email notifying you of the refund.

WHERE IS MY EXCHANGE?

Just like with our regular orders, all exchange orders take 5-7 business days to arrive. You will get a order confirmation email when your exchange order is placed and tracking information when it has shipped.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes! You have until the next business day. Orders are processed the next business day. After the order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it. 

WHY DOES MY CANDLE LOOK FUNNY?

When your candle arrives it may have "frosty" white patches or slight discoloration. This is a result of temperature changes during shipping, and is a natural characteristic of soy wax. Luckily, it does not affect the burn or smell of your candle.

I BURNED MY CANDLE AND FOUND THE CRYSTAL. WHAT DO I DO NOW?

Yay you found the prize! The best way to clean the wax or oils off is to place the stone in hot or boiling water to remove the residue. Once the water is cooled you can remove the stone and dry it. Place the stones wherever you please, your garden, bookshelf, in a potted plant, wherever your heart desires!

WHAT DO THE SCENT STRENGTH RATINGS MEAN?

The number of poppies or haunted houses determines the scents overall strength. On a scale of 1-4 with 4 being the strongest scent. 

1 Poppy= Very Light Scent, we do not carry any 1 rated scents

2 Poppies= Subtle Scent

3 Poppies= Moderate Scent

4 Poppies= Strong Scent
